SHIPPING 

At SoLoveAble we offer free shipping in Germany and worldwide on orders above 100 euro.
We aim to deliver quickly, therefore all orders that are place on one day, will be shipped the very next day. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. During very busy periods, we are trying our best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number by E-Mail. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

 

RETURNS

At SoLoveAble we gladly accept returns. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that have been worn, used, altered, or washed. Tags should not be removed and it must also be in the original packaging.
 
You are responsible for the return expenses, even if there are additional expenses due to non-collection at the post office. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as a proof that the package was sent. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@soloveable.com


EXCHANGES 

We can only make an exchanges if the wrong items have been delivered or if the items are damaged. If so, we kindly ask you to send us an email with proof like pictures at support@soloveable.com for more instructions to follow.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

If you need to exchange the items for another size, please make a new order.
